Field service tasks: Your type is in demand

Flexibility & job security

The field service job at EOS is something for people who like to travel flexibly and independently and still want to rely on a secure employment relationship.

Data protection is a top priority for us. Debtors should be able to rely on us in any case.

Securing

Your duties will also include securing vehicles in the event of insolvency.

Company car

You are on the road with your own company car (incl. fuel card) in the area assigned to you and, if necessary, represent colleagues in neighboring areas.

You in the field: variety guaranteed

Your job is anything but classic office work: You work largely independently, around your home. Nevertheless, you will have the support of our head office in Hamburg. In your daily - but not everyday - work, you contact debtors not only by e-mail or telephone, but also get to know them personally, in direct conversation. Every appointment is different - so no two days are the same.

 

You meet well-known clients from the automotive industry or the financial sector and try to find a solution at eye level for their defaulting customers. Individually adapted to the respective situation. What counts in the end is that debt collection is not just a business model for us, but our contribution to a debt-free world.

Part of the big picture

Even if you are the only one in contact with the debtors and process the receivables, you are still part of our team at EOS and have different interfaces to other departments. For example, once you have completed a field service assignment, you document the results and information in the system and thus pass the ball back to the office team, which prepares and follows up on the assignments and takes care of further processing.

 

By the way, we promote team spirit right from the start. That's why it's quite normal for us in the field service that the induction of new employees takes place with the colleagues in their own four walls. This face-to-face meeting means that any questions can be answered immediately, making the start with us all the easier.

Route planning via app

You have a say in when and where you work. As a field employee, you define the framework conditions for the route planning tool and thus ensure your flexibility.

Online team meetings

The exchange with colleagues from your own area as well as from other areas is extremely important and valuable. That's why online team meetings are held on a regular basis.

Paperless processing of orders

Goodbye paper chaos. The complete processing of your orders now works digitally. This not only saves paper, but also makes your daily work much easier and clearer.
